- FOR TIKKI:
- Potatoes- 3
- pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- curryleaves or coriander leaves- little just crushed
- Chillies- 1 finely chopped
- salt- to taste
- All purpose flour/maida- 1 tbs for dusting
- FOR STUFFING:
- Raisins- 3 tbs finely chopped.
- Ginger- 1 tsp grated
- Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
- jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
- amchur powder- a pinch
- salt- to taste
- salt-
- Boil and mash the potatoes.
- Mix pepper powder, chillies,curry leaves and salt.
- For stuffing:
- Finely chop the raisins and add all the ingredients given for stuffing.
- Make a small aloo tikki and stuff the raisins mixture.
- Roll on the flour for dusting and shallow fry the tikki, until it turns golden brown.
