curryleaves or coriander leaves- little just crushed
Chillies- 1 finely chopped
salt- to taste
All purpose flour/maida- 1 tbs for dusting
Raisins- 3 tbs finely chopped.
Ginger- 1 tsp grated
Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
amchur powder- a pinch
salt- to taste
Boil and mash the potatoes.
Mix pepper powder, chillies,curry leaves and salt.
Finely chop the raisins and add all the ingredients given for stuffing.
Make a small aloo tikki and stuff the raisins mixture.
Roll on the flour for dusting and shallow fry the tikki, until it turns golden brown.

Boil and mash the potatoes..
Add pepper powder, chopped chillies, curry leaves ,salt mix them well and keep aside
chop the raisins.. i had raisins in hand so just used it, you can also use tuttyfruits, chopped nuts.. anything of ur personal choice..
Add in chilli powder, jeera powder
Add in pepper powder and pinch of amchur powder
Salt for the stuffing..
Mix them well..
so, our mashed potatoes and stuffing is ready!!
Now, take a small ball of aloo and make small space for stuffing
Stuff the raisins mixture..
just make a round shapes tikkis
To remove the moisture just roll on the plain flour
Shallow fry the aloo tikki until its golden brown on both the sides..
Stuffed Aloo tikki is ready!!! 🙂 🙂
