Description
Tender and Juicy Meatballs dipped in a volcano of fiber-filled Spaghetti and drooling over an amazing sauce is something I can’t stop drooling about.
Ingredients
- 100 grams of Spaghetti
To make chicken Meatballs:
- 1/2 kg Minced chicken
- 1.5 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 bread slice (soaked in water)
To Fry the Chicken meatballs:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- To make Spaghetti sauce:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil (leftover meatball fried oil)
- 2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (large)
- 4 cups of tomato puree.
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs.
Instructions
- Cook your spaghetti pasta according to the package instruction and set aside.
To make chicken meatballs:
- Take minced chicken in the mixing bowl. Add soaked bread, chili flakes, pepper powder, thyme, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and oregano, grated parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
- Combine them with the minced chicken.
- Pinch out a small lemon sized minced chicken and roll them between your palm (apply olive oil if you need) to make a small ball. Make all the chicken balls and keep them ready.
- Heat oil in the saucepan, Fry the meatballs for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium flame or until the meatballs turns to a light golden color.
- Fry all the chicken meatballs and set them aside.
Let’s make Spaghetti sauce:
- To the same saucepan with the leftover olive oil, add minced garlic. Stir fry the garlic for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, salt, and cook them till the onions translucent.
- Add tomato puree. Stir in the spices and dry herbs.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the fried chicken meatballs.
- Cover and cook for 10 to12 minutes or a thin glaze of oil appears on top.
- Add the cooked pasta. Toss the pasta in the spaghetti sauce., sprinkle some fresh basil if you have.
- Sprinkle some grated Parmesan and serve.
