Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Brussel sprouts
- 3 garlic (minced )
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the Airfryer for 5 minutes for 180 degrees C/ 350 Degrees F.
- Meanwhile, Slice the Brussel sprouts to halve, add minced garlic, chili flakes, black pepper powder, Italian seasonings, salt, butter, olive oil, lemon juice. Rub all the spices over the Brussel sprouts.
- Toss panko bread crumbs over the Brussel sprouts and make sure the panko bread crumbs coat over the Brussel sprouts.
- Once the air fryer has pre-heated, gently place the Brussel sprouts as a single layer, about halfway through, shake the basket for a total of 12 to 15 minutes till they are a crispy and golden color.
- When the Brussel sprouts are ready, serve immediately.
