Poori Masala|

Ingredients

  • Potatoes- 3 (boiled and mashed)
  • Onions- 1
  • Green chilli- 3
  • Curry leaves- 1 string
  • Oil- 1tbs
  • Mustard seeds- 1tsp
  • Urud dal- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1tsp
  • Salt- to taste.

Instructions

  1. Heat up the pan, add in oil, mustard seeds, urud dal.
  2. Add in chopped onions, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté until the onions turn light brown colour.
  3. Now add in mashed potatoes, salt and turmeric powder sauté for 5 mins.
  4. Add in water and cook for 10 mins.
  5. Now the Poori masala is ready!!
