Just chop the mango and avocado that drizzled with an Amazing Drizzling sauce that you gonna love over and over again!

The mango avocado salsa is sweet, tangy, and has the zesty flavor of lemon with the exploding flavor of cilantro gives you the quick easy Side dish for your barbecue party! 

The base of the salsa recipe is mango and Avocado to make it unbelievably delicious, I have drizzled them with two types of sauces that are simple, easy, and make your salsa extravagantly flavourful.

Cilantro Lime Sauce: Fresh coriander called cilantro in Spanish, mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, dried rosemary, pepper, and salt.

Chilli garlic sauce: Garlic, chili flakes, cilantro, olive oil, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt, and rosemary.

How to make Mango Salsa:

Ingredients To make Cilantro Lime Dressing

Dice the mango and Avocado and take in a bowl.
coriander leaves, chilli flakes and mint leaves are in the blender
Add all the ingredients to the blender except olive oil,

Add 2 tablespoons of water and grind to a smooth paste.

Pulse for few seconds to combine.

Pour in the cilantro lime dressings.

Add all the in the blender and 2 tablespoons of water and pulse for a few seconds.

Pulse again for few seconds to combine.

Tips to make Mango Salsa:

Choose the mangoes that are ripe, sweet, and flavourful. Dice them in small pieces to get the chunky bits of salsa.

While pureeing the sauce ingredients, do not add more water just 1 or 2 tablespoon is enough to make a puree.

Once you made the salsa cover and set aside for 5 minutes before serving that helps to enhance the flavor.

Adjust the drizzling sauce as your preference, If you want more liquid add more drizzling sauce or add just enough to coat the mango and avocado.

I have used mango and avocado as the base ingredients that stay well and good for a day that cannot be stored more than a day as the avocado tends to turn brown quickly.

It tastes better when you serve fresh!

If you are using only Mango as the main ingredients that can be stored in an air-tight container and refrigerated for 2 days.

But the texture of the mango will come soft and delicate.

6. Can I make Mango salsa ahead of time?

It is best served fresh the say it is made, just the make salsa and set aside for 10 minutes to 30 minutes before serving that helps to steep more flavors.

Ingredients to Mango Salsa with cilantro Dressing:

  • 1 cup mango (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Avocado (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves/ cilantro leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary

Ingredients To make Mango Salsa with Chili-Garlic Dressing:

  • 2 garlic pods
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

To make Cilantro lime dressing:

 

  1. Dice the mango and Avocado and take in a bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender except olive oil,
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of water and grind to a smooth paste.
  4. Add olive oil
  5. Pulse for few seconds to combine.
  6. Pour in the cilantro lime dressings.
  7. Toss the diced mango and avocado in the dressing and serve.

To make Chilli Garlic Dressing:

  1. Dice the mango and Avocado and take in a bowl.
  2. Add all the in the blender (except olive oil) and 2 tablespoons of water and pulse for a few seconds.
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Pulse again for few seconds to combine.
  5. Pour in the dressing to the mango salsa. Toss them and serve.
