Ingredients to Mango Salsa with cilantro Dressing:
- 1 cup mango (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Avocado (chopped)
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves/ cilantro leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
Ingredients To make Mango Salsa with Chili-Garlic Dressing:
- 2 garlic pods
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
To make Cilantro lime dressing:
- Dice the mango and Avocado and take in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients to the blender except olive oil,
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add olive oil
- Pulse for few seconds to combine.
- Pour in the cilantro lime dressings.
- Toss the diced mango and avocado in the dressing and serve.
To make Chilli Garlic Dressing:
- Dice the mango and Avocado and take in a bowl.
- Add all the in the blender (except olive oil) and 2 tablespoons of water and pulse for a few seconds.
- Add olive oil
- Pulse again for few seconds to combine.
- Pour in the dressing to the mango salsa. Toss them and serve.
