Hello Friends!! Today Recipe is its LUNCH MENU RECIPES, i made it really simple, simple in sense it can’t be more easier than this, its simple quick and Easy!! Can be made under 30 minutes..:) 🙂 This is the easy south indian lunch menu, here Mor kuzhambu is famous recipe at my home town, back in india mum make this combo of parrupuu usli ( will post it soon) or Chettinad Potato fry . Procedure:
Wash and cook the rice in the rice cooker.
Meanwhile, Keep Channa dal in the pressure cooker, chop onions, springs onions for kootu.
Beat the curd for mor-kuzhambu, grind the ingredients add them, season the ingredients add in it the Mor kuzhambu. That it Mor kuzhambu is ready.
Between, channa dal is also cooked, make spring onions kootu.
Now Rice is also ready, make pappdam or vathal before you serve.
