Lemon Rice

Ingredients
- Cooked Rice – 1 and 1/2 cup.
- Lemon – 3 tbs.
- Oil- 2 tbs
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp.
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Channa dal – 1 tsp
- Peanuts- 1tbs
- red dry chillies.
- Salt- to taste.
- curry leaves- 2 string.
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon juice in a small bowl by filtering the seeds.
- In a pan add in oil, once it heats up, add in mustard seeds,channa dal,peanuts, red dry chillies, curry leaves.
- Add in lemon juice, turmeric powder,salt. cook for 2 mins until the oil oozes out.
- Spread the cooked rice in the bowl, add the lemon mixture to the rice and give a good mix.( add some oil if needed).
