Kadai Paneer Recipe- How to make Kadai Paneer

Ingredients

  • Paneer- 1 cup
  • onion- 2
  • capsicum- 1 cup
  • oil- 3 tbs
  • jeera- 1 tsp
  • chilli powder- 1.5 tbs
  • Coriander powder- 1 tbs
  • Gram masala- 1.5 tsp
  • turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • sugar- 1/2 tsp
  • TO GRIND:
  • Tomato- 4
  • ginger – 1 tsp
  • chillies- 2

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and capsicum into cubes and saute them in oil for 2mins, keep aside
  2. Cut the paneer into cubes and saute them in oil and keep them in warm water.
  3. Grind the tomato, ginger and chillies.
  4. Heat up the oil in wok, add in jeera, tomato puree saute them for 5 mins, add water cover it with lid, let it boil for sometime..
  5. when the oil oozes out, add in sautéed onion, tomato and paneer mix them gently, sprinkle some water and cook for 3 to 5 mins.
