This Jerk sauce is pantry friendly, rich, bold, quick, easy and bursting with flavors of fresh ingredients, take less time to make! So versatile and sauce makes everything Better! 


  • 3 sprigs spring onions 
  • 1/2 cup cilantro/ coriander leaves 
  • 1sprig of thyme 
  • 1 onion 
  • 2 garlic 
  • 2 green chilli 
  • 1tablespoon ginger 
  • 1 jalapeño 
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon soysauce 
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon powder 
  • 1.5 tablespoon pepper powder 
  • 1/2 tablespoon clove powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg powder 
  • Salt to taste


  1. Add all the jerk sauce ingredients into the blender and blend to a fine paste. (Sprinkle 1 tablespoon water if needed) 
  2. Jerk Sauce is ready to be used. 


Use Fresh Ingredients for the extra easy and herbal natural flavor. 

For extra smoother consistency you may use your espresso grinder. 

You can regulate the warmth of the sauce. For extra milder taste, get rid of seeds from the chillies. 

You could make the consistency of the sauce, simply the manner you prefer. You could make chunky jerk sauce or smooth sauce.
