I’m sure this is everyone’s favourite way of having it.
This hot chocolate is way… way much better than store-bought! It’s easy and also incredibly easy to make!

milk is being added to sauce pan
To a saucepan, add milk
 a bowl of sugar is being added to milk
Add sugar, dissolve and bring to boil.

Add cocoa powder, mix well.

Stir for 5 mins.

Tips to make the best hot chocolate:

Use high-quality chocolate to get the best taste.
 Do not boil the milk for a long time.
Use a good quality cocoa powder, for the best results, I have used Hershey!

You can use almond milk instead of regular milk,
Can use dairy-free semi-sweet/dark chocolate and for sweeteners can use stevia or raw sugar.

3. How many calories does hot chocolate have?

1 cup (250 grams ) has 200 calories.

4. How to store leftover hot chocolate?

Once the hot chocolate comes to room temperature, store in an air-tight container and Refrigerate the leftover for 2 days.

To reheat: Pour over a saucepan just heat it up, do not boil.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups-Milk
1/4 cup -Sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
2 Tablespoon Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon -Vanilla essence


Instructions

To a saucepan, pour in milk, sugar, stir and bring to boil for 3 mins over medium heat.
Then add cocoa powder stir for a few minutes.
Add chocolate chips, stir and dissolve the chocolate chips completely and boil the milk for 5 mins.
Off from the heat, add vanilla essence.
That’s it! Hot chocolate is ready to be served.
