Gobi Manchurian is one of our all time favourite indo- chinese recipe. I remember during school days whenever we go out for a restaurant gobi manchurian is my restaurant order. Earlier i had tried many versions of gobi manchurian but I’m not totally satisfied with the taste, somehow i always feel it should be little more better, Now i can shoutttt out and say i got a perfect gobi manchurian where you had tasted in your favourite restaurant.
I served this gobi manchurian with Veg fried rice. Its infused with garlic, chillies, and all sauces. In restaurant we get a bright red colour, but in this recipe i have not added any food colour its all purely optional. I made this gobi manchurian dry, you can also serve as a starter. If you want little gravy, before serving, just mix the 2 tsp of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add in and stir them till its become thicken. This recipe is very easy to make and I’m sure you will definitely love the taste of this Gobi manchurian.
