- Fish- 1/2kg
- Fennel seeds- 1 tbs
- Coconut- 3tbs
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Chilli powder- 2tbs
- Tamarind pulp- 1tbs
- Salt- to taste.
- Oil- 2tbs
- Onions- 1 finely chopped.
- Grind coconut+fennel seeds into a fine paste.
- In a bowl add the grinded in a bowl, turmeric powder, chilli powder,tamarind pulp,salt and marinate 20 mins.
- In a pan add in oil and fry the fish till the golden brown .
- Now add the finely chopped onions in the same pan and fry till it turn golden brown.
- Sprinkle the onions on top of the fish.
