- Marshmallows- 1 cup
- Butter- 4 tbs
- Chocolate- 1 and 1/4 cup
- Water- 1 tbs
- Whipping cream/Double cream- 3/4th cup
- vanilla Essense- 1 dash
- Melt the marshmallows, chocolate,butter, water until it turns smooth and silky.
- Keep them aside let it cools down.
- Beat the double cream and vanilla essence for 5 to 10 minutes or until it turns fluffy.
- Add chocolate mixture to the heated cream.
- Mix them and place it in the serving bowl.
- Keep refrigerated for 1/2 hour.
Get the good quality chocolate so the chocolate mousse is tasty.
The consistency of the chocolate mixture is to melt and its liquid consistency. do not stir for a long time otherwise it might turn hard.
