Chocolate Mousse Eggless/Chocolate Mousse at home

Ingredients

  • Marshmallows- 1 cup
  • Butter- 4 tbs
  • Chocolate- 1 and 1/4 cup
  • Water- 1 tbs
  • Whipping cream/Double cream- 3/4th cup
  • vanilla Essense- 1 dash

Instructions

  1. Melt the marshmallows, chocolate,butter, water until it turns smooth and silky.
  2. Keep them aside let it cools down.
  3. Beat the double cream and vanilla essence for 5 to 10 minutes or until it turns fluffy.
  4. Add chocolate mixture to the heated cream.
  5. Mix them and place it in the serving bowl.
  6. Keep refrigerated for 1/2 hour.

Notes

Get the good quality chocolate so the chocolate mousse is tasty.

The consistency of the chocolate mixture is to melt and its liquid consistency. do not stir for a long time otherwise it might turn hard.
