Tips to make Perfect Fruitcake:

Always use fresh good quality ingredients for the better result.
Always pre-heat the oven for the even baking and browning
Double the ingredients for making more batches.
Always add required about dried fruits, adding more than required might make the cake very dense in the centre.
You can use muffin tins or Disposable pans etc if changing the baking tins will alter the time.
Remember to grease the baking tin with butter or use parchment paper.
If the cake is browing fast, place the foil on top and cover.
Check for the doneness, by inserting the wooden skewers in the middle of the cake, it should come out clean.
Cool the cake before you de-mould the tin.

Ingredients to make fruitcake is taken in a small glass bowls

Here is the list of ingredients to make easy fruitcake recipe

Driedfruits are added in sauce pan and placed over a stove.
To make fruitmixture: In a saucepan, add raisins, tutti-frutti
Over the stove,saucepan is kept, driedfruits and sugar is added to sauce pan.
In goes sugar 
In a sauce, butter,sugar and driedfruits are added and placed over the stove
Add butter 
Apple juice is being poured over the butter,sugar mixture in sauce pan, placed over the stovetop
Add some apple juice

cook and stir over the medium-heat

Bring the dryfruit mixture to boil,simmer in lowheat for 10 to 15 mins, stirring occasionally

Now,You can see raisins are plumped up and thin glaze has appeared, its time to remove from heat and keep aside
All purpose flour is being seived in mixing bowl
To make a flour mixture: In a mixing bowl, Sieve all purpose flour

Greasing the loaf pan with butter
Prepare your loaf pan: Grease some butter or you can line parchment paper.

Pour the batter,gently tap for 2 times to remove air-bubbles and bake for 1 hour in 165* C (300 degree F)

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Dried plums
  • 1 cup Tuttifrutti
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 165* C / 325* F for 10 minutes
  2. Boil raisins, cherries,tutti-frutti, sugar, butter, applejuice, cloves,cinnamon and ginger powder in sauce pan over a medium heat. 
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, egg in a mixing bowl, mix them using wooden spoon. At this point, it looks crumble.
  5. Pour in the fruit mixture to the flour and gently whisk them until it combined well.
  6. Pour the batter in a greased loaf pan, bake for 1 hour in 165*C/325*F. Check for the donness by inserting the toothpick, it should come out clean.
