Tips to Make the Best homemade cinnamon roll:

1. Use a dependable yeast, which is strong as well. 

2. You can also bake at low temperature (around 150°C) to keep them golden brown. 

3. Turn the pan around, in the middle of the baking time, to let the heat distribute evenly to all sides. 

4. You can make a coffee decoction with icing sugar and drizzle this on the rolls for a mocha flavor.

1. Can I use instant dry yeast?

Yes, you can. Make sure they are not too old and are strong enough. This will help hold the dough strong. 

2. Can I use non-dairy milk for this?

Yes, you can. I can suggest soy or almond milk.

While mixing the dough with wet ingredients, ensure to pour the milk little at a time.

5. Can I knead the dough using a stand mixer/hand mix?

Yes, definitely. If you use a stand mixer makes the process easier for you.

However, the only difference when you hand knead is that you will knead for a longer time as opposed to stand mixer.

Ingredients

To make Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar +1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/4 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon water (warm)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

For filling:

  • 3 tablespoon butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon raisin

For Drizzling:

  • 1/2 cup sugar (powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions

To make Dough:
