Chicken Rasam- Soup/How to make chicken soup

Ingredients
- Chicken- 300 gms
- Oil- 1 tbs
- Tomato- 1
- Curryleaves- 1 strind.
- corianderleaves- 1 tbs
- GRINDING:
- Pepper- 1.5 tbs
- cumin seeds- 1 tbs
- Coriander seeds- 1 tbs
- Chilli powder- 1 tbs
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Onion- 1
- Ginger- 5
- Ginger- 1 inch
Instructions
- Grind the ingredients listed under grinding
- Heat up the oil in the pressure cooker, add in curry leaves, the grinded paste, saute it well until the raw smell disappears.
- Add in tomato and cook until the tomato turns mushy.
- Next goes the chicken.. sauté in masala for 5 mins, add water,salt ,coriander leaves and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves..
- Serve as Hot soup or mix it with steamed rice.

Add in oil to the pressure cooker..
Saute it well until the raw smell disappears…
Once its sautéed well, add in chopped tomato.
If you find the masala are sticking to the bottom of the pan, add little water..
Saute the chicken in the masala for 5 mins..
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and pressure cook for 3 whistles..
Serve as a hot soup or can also be mixed with steamed rice
