Heat up oil in the wok, add in cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.
Add in onions sauté until it turns translucent.
Add in ginger and garlic and salute them until the raw smell leaves off.
Add in tomato and cook for 2 mins.
Now add all the spice powders- chilli, coriander, turmeric, chicken masala, salt and saute them for another 2 to 3 mins.
Add in minced chicken, potato and sprinkle some water , cover and cook for 5 minutes,
Finally add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes, sprinkle coriander leaves

Add in the sliced onions.
Saute the onions until its turns translucent .
Add in the finely chopped garlic
Next the chopped ginger… you can also use the ginger garlic paste.
Saute until the raw smell of the Ginger garlic leaves off..
Add the chopped tomatoes..& sauté it for another 3 mins
Throw in some chilli powder..
Add in coriender powder…
You can add any store bought chicken masala or mutton masala..
Saute until the masala blends well..
Now add the washed keema and potato.. sauté it for a while..
Add the salt..
Add little water
Add the peas..cover and cook for another 5 mins.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top…
