- Bread slices- 5
- butter or oil- 2 tbs
- garlic- 2 tbs
- capsicum- 2 tbs
- coriander leaves- 1 tbs
- pepper powder-1 tsp
- salt- to taste
- In a mixing bowl add all the listed ingredients except cheese and mix well.
- Apply on the bread and grate some cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven 180 degree C for 5 to 7 minutes.. until the cheese melts.
