Get good quality okras which are tender and firm
For this recipe, you can directly add the chopped okras to the onion tomato masala( you need not frythem before)
Wash and pat dry on the paper towel and Chop your ladies fingers finely for even cooking.
You can add some crushed ginger and garlic for more flavors.
You can add spices like coriander powder,garam masala or dry mango powder as well.
Add only the required amount of water, cover and cook for 5 to 6 mins or till the okras are done.
