  • Alphonsa Mangoes- 2
  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Elachi- 1tsp


  1. Wash the alphonsa mangoes and peel and chop them, add in to the blender and pulse for a second.
  2. Transfer it to a small bowl, add in elachi, sugar and mix everything well till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve Aamras with hot pooris or chapati.
